It seems we could be seeing the beginning of a shift in the greater Palm Springs real estate market. New listing inventory is on the rise, we have seen the return of Broker Caravan and weekend open houses (a sign that not everything is gone before hitting the market). More telling is that certain non-prime properties and overly aggressive pricing is lingering. While still a very active market, there is a tone of caution among buyers and whispers among the Real Estate community.
